The Silver Puck Challenge is the flag ship of the An Edge Above fleet. The SPC we started in 2005 and has grown from twelve (12) teams and one weekend, to a full month of great adult hockey action.

All bracket at the Dekes & Dangles pond hockey tournaments are driven by the guidelines set by the AEA Salary Cap System. All brackets, teams and players are given a dollar value based on playing experience, age and gender. All teams should fit within the guidelines of their desired bracket.

• A/B+ Bracket | ACHA+ & High School Skilled Players
• B Bracket | Gen-Rec & HS over 30 Skilled Players
• C Bracket | Gen-Rec, less than 5 years of playing experience.
• 30+ Bracket | 30+ Years of Age, Competitive
• 40+ Bracket | 40+ Years of Age, Competitive
• Competitive COED Bracket | Experienced Gen-Rec, High School and up.
• Women's Draft Bracket | All Skill Levels

alumni privilege & waiting list

We always invite our alumni teams back before we go to the public. An alumni team will have first opportunity to stay, move to a new bracket or drop. Once all alumni captains have made their decision we will ask the public if they would like to join the D&D.
