#19 | Derek Keim has become an AEA All Around Champion.
Derek KeimDerek Keim has become our 19th AEA All Around Champion. Derek won his first AEA title at Hockey Hold'em V (2019). He would lift the banners at Dekes & Dangles IX (2024) with the Spider Monkeys. Just over a year later Derek would claim his first Silver Puck Challenge title in May of 2025 at SPCXXI. Their team would do it dramatic fashion as Penninga Farms would put up back-to-back shutouts; once in the final game of round-robin play and another in the championship game. By noon on Sunday, May 4th, 2025; Derek would become the 19th member of the AEA All Around Champions club.

The AEA has been bringing adult "beer league" hockey tournaments to west Michigan for over 20 years. Established in 2005, we have delivered some of the most competitive and unique tournament formats to the state. Our goal is to insure that all teams have the same opportunities to compete and win. Dekes & Dangle Pond Hockey Invitational is currently the only pond hockey tournament being played in west Michigan. Dekes & Dangles is "Pond Hockey for only the Strong. The facility includes heated cabins, a chilling system and a lights for night time play. [MORE INFO]
